Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the AllStar Security & Consulting Inc. websites (the “Service”) operated by AllStar Security & Consulting Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all employees, staff, and other users who access or use the Service.

1. Access and Use of the Service

Access to this Service is restricted to AllStar Security & Consulting Inc. employees, also referred to as “Guards,” for the purposes of obtaining and maintaining certifications in various courses. Accounts are created internally by us and are for internal use only. Unauthorized access, distribution, or use of this Service is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software, are the property of AllStar Security & Consulting Inc., its affiliates, or other relevant third parties. By using the Service, you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United States and International intellectual property and other laws.

3. Conduct

You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to, harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllStar Security & Consulting Inc. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AllStar Security & Consulting Inc. and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
